KINEWA collects only the information needed to manage membership, welfare support and community services.

What we collect

We may collect account details, contact information, profile details, next-of-kin information and membership payment status. We do not store card details.

How we use it

We use information to administer memberships, process applications and payments, communicate about KINEWA services, and coordinate welfare support. Access is limited to authorised committee members and system administrators.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe. Card information is handled by Stripe’s secure payment service, not by KINEWA.

Sharing and security

We do not sell member information. We share information only when necessary to provide a requested service, meet legal obligations, or with your consent. We use role-based access and secure connections to protect the platform.

Your choices

You may request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting the KINEWA committee. You can also ask questions about this policy at any time.
